Ahmet Acar / Antalya, June 10 (DHA) - The 18th Likia - Kaş Culture and Arts Festival starts in Kaş, with attendance of Turkish and Greek folklore dance and music groups.
Folklore groups from Kaş and Greek island of Meis had dance shows in the main square of Kaş. The 8th International Myra Photography Exhibition was also opened during the opening ceremony of the Festival, including handicraft and painting exhibitions.
Kaş Mayor Halil Kocaer, said the aim of the Festival was to draw attention to the touristic potential of the Kaş area, with sea, mountkains and historical sites.
"Our doors are always open for you and I hope the doors will remain open both on your and our side" said, Nikos Miglis, Deputy Mayor of Meis.
