THODEX founder Faruk Fatih Özer to make first defense in court
Faruk Fatih Özer, the founder of cryptocurrency exchange THODEX, who was arrested in Albania and extradited to Turkey, is expected to make his first defense in court today. He is one of 21 defendants, including seven who are in custody, facing charges of forming and managing an organization to commit crimes, fraud using banking or credit institutions as tools, and laundering assets derived from crime.
