The union announced its decision to make demonstrations and press statements leaving their factories, in a bid to protest "the enslavement under the guise of 'contracting workers' in private employment offices, and the draft including a new flexible working model".
"Our union resumes its demonstrations against attacks including the dissolution of severance pay" the statement of the union said.
Beginning with demonstrations in İzmir from Feb. 22., workers will try to make their voice heard in Eskişehir, Bilecik, Mersin, Hatay, Çorlu, İzmit, Konya, Kırşehir, Manisa, Düzce and Bursa, respectively until March 15. - Istanbul
